Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, increase showroom footfall, and support sales growth through digital and offline channels.

Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Plan and execute Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage website updates, SEO, and online listings.
Coordinate photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Execute WhatsApp, email, and digital marketing campaigns.

Sales & Customer Engagement
Handle enquiries from social media, website, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
Convert leads into showroom appointments and sales.
Maintain customer records and CRM.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Support in-store promotions and events.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, retail, jewellery, fashion, or luxury brands.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, social media marketing, and basic SEO.
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and creative.
