Job Description:
Bluchisel Business Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern Accountant to join our team. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance while working with two sister companies. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Salary Management: Assist in managing and processing salaries for employees across two sister companies, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
– Petty Cash Management:Oversee and record petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliations.
– Purchase Tracking: Monitor and maintain a record of day-to-day purchases, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
– Invoicing and Follow-ups: Prepare invoices for clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain records of all transactions.
– Coordination with CA: Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for financial reporting and compliance, assisting with Tally entries and other accounting software tasks.

Qualifications:
– Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
– Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
– Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
